Returns Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives and get in touch as soon as possible if your item is damaged or if you’ve received the wrong product.

Email admin@silverette.co.nz with photos and a short explanation of what’s happened.

If your item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll sort a replacement or another suitable solution for you.

Change of Mind / Incorrect Size

For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges on Silverette® cups or O-Feel™ rings if you change your mind or select the wrong size.

If you’ve chosen the wrong size, please don’t worry — the cups will still work as intended. Size mainly affects comfort rather than effectiveness.

If you find them uncomfortable, O-Feel™ rings can help improve the fit.
