Silverette® cups + O-feel™ rings

Damaged item/wrong item received

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Please email hello@silverette.co.nz with photos and an explanation of your issue.

If the item is found to be faulty, we will replace them. If the damage is from improper use or wear and tear, no refund will be provided.

Change of mind/wrong size ordered 

Due to hygienic reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges on Silverette® cups or O-feel™ rings.

If you have ordered the incorrect size, rest assured the Silverettes® will still work as intended. The size only affects comfort, not the efficacy. If you find that your Silverettes® are uncomfortable to wear, you can purchase O-feel™ rings to help with this.
