We currently ship within New Zealand only.

Urban addresses include PO Boxes, Waiheke Island and Great Barrier Island.

If a rural address is entered using an urban shipping option, we may need to pause dispatch until the correct rural shipping fee has been added or an alternative address is provided. We’ll always be in touch to resolve this quickly.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Once dispatched, CourierPost aims to deliver most parcels on the next working day. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, weather, public holidays, or courier demand.

Delivery Information

All orders are shipped using a signature-required courier service.

If you’re not home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave instructions for collection or redelivery where available. If you’d prefer your parcel to be left in a safe place, you can authorise this directly through the tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
