Shipping policy

We are currently shipping to New Zealand, the Pacific Islands and parts of Asia

Local pick up available 

Delivery for the full Silverette® range (including Orings®, replacement cups and skincare)

Orders under $150 - $5 flat rate for URBAN addresses. This includes PO Box, Waiheke and Great Barrier addresses. You can opt for signature required or non signature.

Orders over $150 - FREE for URBAN addresses. This includes PO Box, Waiheke and Great Barrier addresses. You can opt for signature required or non signature.

$10 flat rate for RURAL addresses. If rural delivery is not paid your order will be held until the surcharge is paid or you provide an urban address. We subsidise a portion of the costs but we cannot cover the full amount.

Delivery for the PURA range

$10 flat rate for URBAN address

$15 flat rate for RURAL addresses

Please allow 1 - 2 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Once dispatched, Courier Post will work hard to meet their TARGETED next-working-day delivery time frame. “Targeted” means that you will likely receive your order the next day, but it is not guaranteed. Courier Post are usually very good at meeting this target.  

A bit about our shipping options:

Signature required courier 

If you are not home when the courier comes, they will leave a card with instructions on how to collect your parcel or arrange redelivery. Not all parcels are able to be redelivered, as it depends on where you live, in which case you will need to collect it from the specified pick-up location. 

Non signature courier

If you choose this option, please specify where you would like your parcel left in the notes at checkout. Your designated area must be weatherproof, out of street view and safe/easy for the courier driver to access. If you do not specify an area, it will be left either in your mailbox or at the front door. Please note, Silverette NZ takes no responsibility for lost or stolen items with this chosen shipping method.

Saturday courier

Saturday delivery is $10. If you place your order on a Friday before 11am and you need your order urgently, you can opt for Saturday delivery. Please do not choose this option is you are rural or live in the South Island. This service is not guaranteed, and no refund will be given if your parcel isn't delivered on Saturday (it is a target only).

Important - When purchasing products online from Silverette NZ, the buyer understands that damaged, lost, stolen or delayed parcels are not the responsibility of Silverette NZ. If you want to guarantee the safe delivery of your parcel, you are best to opt for the signature required option.
