We currently ship within New Zealand, the Pacific Islands and Asia.

Urban addresses include PO Boxes, Waiheke Island and Great Barrier Island.

If the urban shipping option is selected for a rural address, we will pause dispatch until the rural surcharge has been paid or an alternative address is provided. We’ll always be in touch to resolve this quickly.

Processing & Delivery

Orders placed before 11am are typically dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 11am are dispatched the following business day.

Once dispatched, CourierPost aims to deliver most parcels on the next working day. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, weather, public holidays, or courier demand.

Delivery Information

All Silverette orders are shipped using a Signature-Required courier service.

If you’re not home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave instructions for collection or redelivery where available. If you’d prefer your parcel to be left in a safe place, you can authorise this directly through the tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

All Pura bottle orders are shipped using Non-Signature required delivery. If you'd like Signature-Required delivery, please leave a note at checkout.
